“Aruden-tei” was established in Ginza in 1977. As the name suggests, the restaurant has been loved by many fans as a spaghetti restaurant that focuses on Al dente.

The pasta boiled to special boiling machine, and the recipe which has been maintained since the restaurant's founding, is so popular that even celebrities from Italy and other countries have come to frequent the restaurant.
One of Aruden-tei's signature dishes is the "Alitalia" a recipe directly taught by the crew of an Italian airline.

There are always more than 30 kinds of dishes on the menu, including the famous “Agrio Olio (with bacon)” topped with thick- sliced bacon, “Carbonara” made from the authentic Italian recipe, and “Bucaniera” with tomato sauce containing clams, shrimp, squid and other ingredients. In addition to the spaghetti menu, “the green pea salad” is also a popular menu item.
