Giraud Restaurants System has been advancing its multi-format, multi-brand expansion since its founding in 1955 with the Chanson coffee shop "Jiro," creating restaurants that flexibly suit the characteristics of each region. At the foundation of our continued support with multifaceted charm not found in single brands lies our high level of culinary expertise. We select ingredients and develop menus tailored to each brand. We enhance the quality of our dishes by performing all processes from preparation to cooking in the kitchens of each restaurant. By not entrusting the foundation of the restaurant to external sources and polishing it internally, we have nurtured the individuality of each brand.
Similarly, the service of the floor staff is not governed by detailed manuals. The attitude of listening to customer requests and responding flexibly with a certain degree of discretion is cultivated through store education.
In addition to the high level of culinary skills and the flexibility of service, we also have in- house departments responsible for creating the atmosphere of the restaurant, including exterior and interior design, menu design, and promotional activities, enabling us to directly convey the uniqueness of each brand to our customers.
On the other hand, for a restaurant to continue to be successful, the input of the staff working there is essential. In our company, which operates a large number of Italian brands, we have resumed Italian training that was suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not only do they experience the atmosphere of Italy by visiting wineries and food manufacturers and learning the cooking methods of local chefs, but they also learn about the culture. Brands with locations overseas, such as the popular restaurant "A16" in California and the historic cafe "Café Landtmann" in Vienna, regularly have opportunities for exchange between the home country and Japan to continue brushing up on their knowledge.
We want our staff not only to aim to improve their technical skills but also to interact with various people through experiences such as training in Italy and communication with the head office. We want to provide a learning environment that goes beyond just the desk and allows people to grow as individuals.
Among the numerous restaurant companies, we aim to be a "memorable presence in the hearts of our customers." We will continue to create restaurants and brands that come to mind first when customers want to eat something delicious food, drawing on the multifaceted charm of people.

" The reason we have been able to develop multiple formats and brands over a long period is because of our human resources. There is no job in a restaurant company that can be completed by one person alone.
